Founded and led by experts in software, law, and public service
Jeffrey has more than 16 years of experience in the software industry. He was named to the Esquire Philippines Trailblazers List for 2024 and gave the keynote “Rewiring Trust in the Age of AI” at ASTICON 2025.
Third teaches Constitutional Law at the UP College of Law and serves as the US-ASEAN Business Council’s Philippines Chief Representative. He is a former Undersecretary at the Presidential Management Staff and the Department of Trade and Industry.
Alexander leads technology at Twala, from document intelligence to digital identity verification, and has worked with a number of local and overseas startups. He specializes in AI and blockchain, and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and certifications in blockchain technology.
